Overview

Prime Tech built AI-powered document processing tools to streamline HR operations, automate candidate screening, and improve identity verification. These tools were designed for HR professionals and recruitment agencies managing large-scale hiring processes.

Problem Statement

Manual processing of resumes and identity documents was slow, inefficient, and prone to errors. Companies struggled with verifying candidate information quickly, leading to delays in hiring and compliance risks.

Solution

  • License and Status Card Recognition: We developed a YOLO-based model to classify and extract text from Canadian work permits and IDs.
  • CV Parser: We implemented FastText and Spacy-based models to extract structured information from CVs and cross-verify with third-party APIs.
